Chef accidently put the toast inside the toaster with butter spreaded beforehand on it as a result it had a spark and blast of the toaster

My chef was fixing it when he realized that he got hurt by the spark of the toaster.

Head chef quickly cut of the power of the toaster and chef was given the aid asap

It was good that Head chef cut the power off as it could leads to more serious damage to the restaurants and the people in that restaurants
