As i have completed my degree.
And further i am willing to master this skill, as i am interested in supply chain management. This course will help me in getting a idea of tranferring raw FOOD products to the manufacturer and finally to the customer.
atlast this will help me to ellongate my chain and will also be beneficial for the customers too.
As i am interested in raw supply of products and managing it in a proper way in every direction this course will help me to achieve my goal.

well after completing my btech degree i started my research on the coursesw which i can do my masters in , then after after loads of researches i found SCM the course .
i stared to do more research about SCM there in i felt the course is worth o choose because its coveringb the departments which i am more interested in.
i talked to many of people around me about SCM and the response was quite brilliant moren beyond my expectations , i mainly stressed on the topic of its scope and future ooportunities in SCM when i came in interaction to the people .
and the as per my research i got to know about the industries role in the same management (SCM) and the response was quite amzing from industry poinjt of viwe too.

while i completed my btech food technology , i came across many different courses , which were related to a whole chain management i.e. from collecting of raw product then processing that product in industry and then packaging of the product and storing them according to the specification of the product and lastly supplying it to the customers.
I learned many differnet subjuects in this degree and this were related to the food technology and collecting , processing , manageing, storing and supplying the products and othyer than technology subjects i came across with management subjects too .. subjects like INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS MANAGEMENT , CO-OPERATION marketing and finance , FOOD TRADE MANAGEMENT , SEMINAR IGROUP DISCUSSIONS ,ETHICS IN FOOD BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT .

Answer-
To gain insights and knowledge about an actual working environment, I started working as an internship trainee at Atul Industries (Dairy Plant), Nashik. I received a great experience by working as an intern with the company. Some of the activities learned were handling the equipment, food safety measures, and how production took place smoothly without any technical glitches. Every day was filled with activities relating to the records maintained in the company. Learning various procedures in the research and development place. Thats when I crossed paths with the Research and Development department, I was assigned work in the same. Since my childhood, I was interested in trying new stuff, and R&D and managing the supply of all chemicals , addtitives and managing the people in the industry there in total 18 individuals under me working in the industry was an entire mainstream based on it. What more could I have asked for? Over there I Performed various trials for eradicating defects in existing products and developing new ones. Various new products were launched in that tenure.

opportunities. Postgraduate courses are more autonomous and a Masters degree in my field will be a real career boost. since childhood I took lot of interest in participating in events , i participated in our MITADT UNIVERSITY persona fest for the first time in 2018 as avolunteer in that fest i worked brilliantly in management department and there after in 2020 i was the manager of several teams .
i am very good in garba this a traditional dance in INDIA and have won several time in group garba danacing and I was the member of PAWCARE NGO which helped in putting efforts behind animals .
since childhood i am interested in sports and fitness i am agym entusist person adding to it I am a good cricket player too , i was the vice captain of the university cricket team and was also the part of football team too. i also took part in 300 m sprint where in i came 2nd on the line .
