Reflect on their clinical placement experiences and briefly describe a clinical problem that they have encountered which is based on one of the 10 indicators in the Patient Safety Competency Framework for Nursing Students. Formulate a research question utilizing the PICO framework and conduct a simple search of the CINAHL database to provide two primary journal articles that relate to their question.

1. Describe a clinical problem you have observed, which must be based on one of the 9 indicators in the Patient Safety Framework for Nursing students.

2. Using the PICO framework, you are to develop a research question about your clinical problem and identify the key terms that will be used in a database search.
3. Using the key terms, you will conduct a basic search of the library database CINAHL, to source and reference two (2) primary journal articles related to the research question. Your article must be a primary article, and cannot be a systematic review, meta-analyses, literature review or a discussion/opinion paper. Reference the articles using APA7th referencing style. These articles will be used in Assessment 2.
4. Summarize each study briefly to demonstrate why it was chosen in relation to your research question. Consider this justification in relation to the elements of your PICO framework (150 words each article).
5. Provide an endnote file of your included references.
