Create a resource calendar indicating when each resource is available, at what capacity, and for how longFor each resource identified, create a staff release plan indicating how and when the resource will be release from the project.
Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM)

Within many organizations you will find dedicated human resource and procurement departments. At times, this may be challenging for project managers to navigate the various roles and responsibilities of team members from either of these groups. For our first discussion, I want you to identify the general roles often associated with the project manager, human resource manager, and procurement manager in a project setting.

Post follow APA 6 general guidelines (headings, properly cited references, etc.).
On the surface, resource management seams straight forward. From a process standpoint, the project manager only needs to identify, acquire, and manage the resources needed for the successful completion of the project (PMBOK, p. 307, 2017). For our second discussion, I want you to propose why so many project managers often struggle with resource management in their projects.
