Hope is an organisation that will be supporting the needs of the community through holistic approaches. This will mean not just looking at the one aspect of the issue but an overall view so that all areas can be addressed, and a plan put in place to help better the lives of those in need.
Services and programmes that will be sustained by HOPE will support members of the community who are homelessness and have comorbidities such as mental health issues, in engaging with other support services to support their needs. This will include being able to support the client through accessing other services both internal and external referrals,
Programmes and services will allow for the client to access basic amenities such as: hot showers, laundry facilities, meals, and temporary place to sleep until more stable accommodation can be found.
