The content will need to include an

a draft plan to date,

a conclusion, and what further work is required.

Practice Improvement Project

this will require the identification of the problem or practice change and the reasoning behind the proposed initiative. You are to justify the background and significance of the practice improvement project using the literature available in the field. This will enable contextualisation of the initiative for the practice improvement project. The objective of the initiative will need to be determined as well as the draft plan of how you will go about the co-design steps or tasks involved.

This assignment will be graded. Approximate length of 3000 words (excluding references and appendices).

The work is to be referenced using the APA style of referencing with intext citation justifying statement.
