Part A- (25% of the overall marks) relates entirely to the case of Independent News and Media Ltd v A [2010] EWCA Civ 343. In order to be eligible for these marks in the exam you will be required to locate the case (which you will need to find using the Online library resources), write a case note and upload it via the Submissions area on the LSM module homepage by Thursday 9 March 2023 (if sitting the LSM exam in May/June 2023)
or Monday 4 September 2023 (if sitting the LSM exam in October 2023).

Part B- (50% of the overall marks) consists of six essay questions from which candidates much choose two.
