IntroductionPlease note that the page limit for this assignment is 15 pages, not including the cover page, the table of contents, or the reference list.
BackgroundProvide a concise background of the Moggill Pocket Bridge Project. You should consider socio-political factors that both motivate the project and create barriers to the project.
Report StructureOutline the structure of the report.
Complex Systems AnalysisThe project site is part of a complex system comprising the physical and the abstract. Use a concept mapping approach to deconstruct this complex system into its component parts and provide a high-level summary of your analysis.
Section breaks have been provided to allow your concept map to be displayed in landscape rather than portrait. Please check page numbering in the footer before submitting your assignment.
This is where your concept map goes.
Indigenous Cultural HeritageIdentify the traditional owners within the study area. With reference to relevant literature, outline your understanding of Aboriginal history in the area and the obligations we have, as engineers and global citizens, towards Indigenous peoples and Indigenous cultural heritage.
SustainabilityIdentify and describe appropriate engineering practices that can be implemented to improve the sustainability of this project. Identify environmental aspects and regulatory frameworks which cover the project area.
Stakeholder EngagementIf you were responsible for the clients stakeholder engagement strategy, what would you do and why? Consider how stakeholder engagement serves the clients objectives, the purpose of engagement, and the kind of stakeholder groups that are relevant. With a focus at the level of principles rather than tactics, how would you go about identifying and engaging with stakeholders? (This analysis will help you identify relevant stakeholders in Task 2.)
Team ManagementTeam RolesIntroduce your team and outline your understanding of the professional capabilities of the individuals in your team as they relate to this engineering planning and design project. Based on your understanding of the professional capabilities within your team, make recommendations for each individuals role.
Proposed Team Management PlanPresent a team management plan (TMP) for recommendation to your team. Your TMP may include, among other things, operational details (i.e., communication platforms, meeting schedules, document control, etc.), expectations in terms of behaviour and performance, time management, conflict resolution, and consequences for inadequate performance.
PlanningWork Breakdown AnalysisIdentify the deliverables that you must provide to your team in Task 2 and Task 3. Some of these deliverables will be your own individual work, whereas others will be the result of collaboration with other members of your team. Conduct a work breakdown of the activities that you will undertake to produce these deliverables and identify your resourcing needs for each activity.
A table is highly recommended for organising your thinking.

Activities Collaborators Resourcing Needs Deliverables
Gantt ChartPresent a Gantt chart of your planned activities for Task 2 and Task 3 showing interdependencies.
This is where your Gantt chart goes.
AnalysisSome (not all) of the activities in your Gantt chart will include some kind of analysis. Identify and tabulate the different types of analysis that you will perform to successfully complete the activities outlined in your Gantt chart. Deconstruct each type of analysis to determine whether it is quantitative or qualitative (or both), to identify the tools needed to conduct the analysis (i.e., desktop methods, codes and guidelines, software, cognitive tools, etc.), and to identify the inputs you need to conduct the analysis (i.e., data, literature, content developed by other members of your team, etc.). Explain how you will evaluate the effectiveness of your analysis.
A table is highly recommended for organising your thinking.
