Indigenous Cultural HeritageIdentify the traditional owners within the study area. With reference to relevant literature, outline your understanding of Aboriginal history in the area and the obligations we have, as engineers and global citizens, towards Indigenous peoples and Indigenous cultural heritage.

SustainabilityIdentify and describe appropriate engineering practices that can be implemented to improve the sustainability of this project. Identify environmental aspects and regulatory frameworks which cover the project area.

Stakeholder EngagementIf you were responsible for the clients stakeholder engagement strategy, what would you do and why? Consider how stakeholder engagement serves the clients objectives, the purpose of engagement, and the kind of stakeholder groups that are relevant. With a focus at the level of principles rather than tactics, how would you go about identifying and engaging with stakeholders? Proposed Team Management PlanPresent a team management plan (TMP) for recommendation to your team. PlanningWork Breakdown AnalysisIdentify the deliverables that you must provide to your team in Task 2 and Task 3. Some of these deliverables will be your own individual work, whereas others will be the result of collaboration with other members of your team. Conduct a work breakdown of the activities that you will undertake to produce these deliverables and identify your resourcing needs for each activity.

AnalysisSome (not all) of the activities in your Gantt chart will include some kind of analysis. Identify and tabulate the different types of analysis that you will perform to successfully complete the activities outlined in your Gantt chart. Deconstruct each type of analysis to determine whether it is quantitative or qualitative (or both), to identify the tools needed to conduct the analysis (i.e., desktop methods, codes and guidelines, software, cognitive tools, etc.), and to identify the inputs you need to conduct the analysis (i.e., data, literature, content developed by other members of your team, etc.).
