ASSESSMENT 3: REFLECTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A 5-YEAR LEADERSHIP PLAN

Throughout your learning journey in this unit, you have critically examined the competencies, capabilities and behaviours that contribute to the art and practice of leadership in a globalised world characterised by VUCA.

In this assessment, you will exemplify the leadership competencies required in a time of crisis, identify your own personal unconscious biases you will need to overcome as a leader, and justify the leadership competencies required to instil trust in your followers. Drawing on those responses, you will then develop a 5-year personal leadership vision and plan. Your personal leadership plan will critically reflect your leadership journey and what you have learned.
