Assessment Details:
A 3,500-word report where you identify Financial Management related challenges in your own organisation where you have worked before or an organisation of your choice and how you as a leader you could resolve each of them. The report should provide a critical evaluation of the Financial Management challenges based on the topic covered within this module, relevant theories, prior studies and professional sources.
You do not need to cover all of the topics which will be taught but you must keep to module content. Independent reading and wider research of articles related to the topics recommended. If you mention any specific people within your organisation please use pseudonyms.
You need to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the relevant academic literature/ theoretical concepts and write this critical analytical report showing the current position and your recommendation for change.
Format
It should not be more than 3,500 words (+/- 10%) in total - this word limit excludes title, contents page, appendices and references.
Please include the tables, charts and diagrams in the appendices and cross reference them within the main report. This way you can avoid them being included within the word limit.
All sources should be properly referenced using the Harvard system.

You will only submit an electronic copy via Turnitin on Moodle. This will be the document that will be marked and will be checked for plagiarism
