So there is a scenario (which I will provide to you in THR assessment notification) where our company has initiated several residential projects and our company got shortlisted for one particular project. But before we get awarded this contract our team wants to further understand and assess how our construction team plans to manage the whole project. Our team has been asked to create a simplified project management plan for this residential project.

Okay so what my role is, is that I need to create a requirement management plan about this whole situation. Its pretty straight forward and easy, creating a whole requirement management plan which plans on how our project team will document the requirements of respective stakeholders. This plan should include completeness of the plan, application of relevant tools and techniques, discussion/explanation on the plan. The whole point of the requirements management plan is that it is a document that is typically created alongside the primary project plan as a piece of scope management process. The primary purpose of it is to ensure that all stakeholders and business requirements are captured, analysed, managed and addressed by the project plan.
