- Briefly explain what is organisational behaviour and organisational
- Briefly discuss a few (at least two) factors that make organisational behaviour and organisational culture different from one organisation to another. (Factors such as Power (Influence and Empowerment), Organisational Justice, Ethics, Leadership and Diversity. (Make relevance to the case study.)
- Explain how Social Identity can influence the Organisational Culture of
- Make reference to a minimum of two theories/ concepts in Social Psychology (such as Social Identity and Social Cognition theories) and how they can be useful to understand organisational behaviour and organisational culture. Support the explanation with (an) example(s) from the case study (for example: workplace diversity).
- Make a transitional statement to highlight that the complexities of organisational culture and behaviour make conflict more likely to be possible.
LO2:AnalysingConflictsObservedinRSTandDiscussingRemedialStrategies (500-600 words)

- Explain the nature of Conflict(s) that have arisen within
- Analyse two conflicts (minimum is two) that has occurred in RST with close reference to theoretical concepts discussed in class.
- Making relevance to the two conflicts, discuss the importance of Cooperation andDecision-Making to minimise /prevent the identified potential conflicts (You may bring theory from Conflict Handling Styles as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Techniques). Explain how the Diversity Consultant helped to better understand and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Make a transitional statement to highlight that to prevent and manage/resolve conflict in the workplace an EDI policy can be resourceful.
LO3: Analysing the Relationships between the Different Groups in the Context of their Potential Perceptions of Inequality, Fairness and Discrimination within the Organisation (500-600 words)
- Briefly explain how individuals perceive and respond to inequality, fairness and discrimination at their workplace. You may briefly refer to concepts in Social Psychology such as Social Identity and Social Thinking.
- Briefly explain the importance of having ethical practices in the workplace to ensure equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Discuss how the Equality and Diversity Policy at RST can prevent conflict or support conflict management/resolution within and between groups.
