By the end of the first 4 weeks of the term, you will have collected data to develop a personal health profile as a means of analyzing your lifestyle and interactions between four aspects of your health. Therefore, you will need to start collecting this data from the beginning of week 1.

You are required to investigate your individual health behaviors and present strategies for improving your own personal health.

Based on your health profile, you will then conduct an in-depth analysis of (2) aspects of your lifestyle. In this analysis, you will.

• Identify risk factors.
• Nominate protective factors and,
• Develop an action plan designed to maintain and/or modify selected health behaviors based on your identified risk and protective factors.
• You will also discuss barriers and enablers that assist you to optimise your personal health.
