Guidelines
Identify an organisation of relevance and a current issue affecting that organisation.
Analyse the stakeholders relevant to the issue and develop a specific stakeholder engagement plan for two key stakeholders.
You can use any of the stakeholder analysis methods discussed in Module 2, or you can utilise another validated method. Based on your analysis, identify two key stakeholders and develop specific action plans for engaging these two stakeholders.
Note that both your analysis method and action plans must be based on evidence and logical reasoning. Evidence should come from academic theory and research or industry best practices. You should clearly justify your choices, citing relevant sources. Logical reasoning reflects a thoughtful and purposeful application of theory and best practices. Do not simply quote an industry standard you should clearly explain the relevant elements (paraphrase and summarise) and explain their relevance to your organisational context and stakeholders.
Also note that while it is acceptable to draw on industry sources and practices, you will need to include academic sources to further bolster your reasoning.
