Identify improvements and establish ways of working within team
You are required to read the following assessment information, requirements, and instructions before commencing. This task has simulated workplace reference. Ensure you access the simulated workplace resources (planning documents, policies, and procedures etc.), equipment, applicable legislation, regulation, standards, and code of conduct during the assessment as specified and facilitated by your assessor.
Case Study (Skills and Knowledge Application)
Using the simulated workplace and the scenario in the appendix or your own workplace referring to the scenario in the appendix as agreed by your assessor, provide solutions to sustain and develop an environment in which continuous improvement, innovation and learning are promoted and rewarded in the workplace.
