What you need to write in assignment: so assume you work for Spain government, and government department has asked you to analyze ethical and governess issues. Start summary with an introduction (what you are about to write in this essay). Then you should write your summary in 3 parts. In first part you need to indentify the problems from the given 6 links. In second part you should discuses who should be responsible to change these issues, and need to explain why you think the said community or what is responsible to rectify (solve) these problems. In 3rd part you need to suggest 3 recommendations followed by 3 examples used in other courtiers. You need to justify why and how your mentioned solution will be useful for Spain.
