Critically analyse your own leadership style and capabilities. You will write a personal evaluation detailing what you feel is your leadership style is, relating to theories discussed in class.

You are encouraged to utilise examples from life, feedback from co-workers or current or prior supervisors (if possible), and relevant literature to support your evaluation.

Step 1: You will need to evaluate your leadership capabilities against the Personal Attributes Matrix from the Community Sector Capability Framework provided in this document see Table 1 below.
