Guidelines for Presentation 

  1. Think critically and read through all the components before selecting your original
  2. The Recipe should have enough ingredients to allow you to address at least 3 and ideally 5 of the 6 categories:
    • Whole Grains
    • Healthy Fats
    • Sodium Content
    • Micro/Macro nutrient density
    • Refined Sugars
    • Plant Based alternatives
  1. When creating your new and updated recipe, think outside the You don’t just have to limit yourself to the existing ingredients in the recipe. You can add more ingredients or change things in as many ways as you would like. Don’t limit yourself and be creative. 
  1. Make sure you use citations for any images or information you take from other sources such as the internet. You can format your citations in any way that you prefer, like simply putting the URL of the website where you got your image/information at the bottom of each
