Introduction
Give enough background information to provide a context for the report.
State the purpose of the report.-what is the meeting that you observed, its purpose and how often they meet. What did you observe, how many participants were involved and what decisions needed to be made?
Clarify key terms and indicate the scope of the report (ie what the report will cover).
Body
Use Sub heading -to present the findings or results (describes what you discovered, observed, etc, in your observations and experiments). Use the past tense.
Your subheadings for this assessment will include:
Communication dynamics- Communication dynamics- does everyone participate equally? Are there strategies to encourage participation by everyone? Was communication open and multi-directional or were there hidden agendas? Give examples. How were decisions made?
Meeting goals- Were there clear goals and objectives for the meeting? Do you think the meeting achieved its purpose? If so, how? If not why not?
Leadership dynamics - Was there a leader/facilitator? If not describe the dynamic. If so, what leadership style did the leader exercise? Give examples and relate them to your readings on group work. How might this leadership style deal with conflict when it arises in the meeting?
Conclusion
Sum up the main points of the report. The conclusion should clearly relate to the objectives of your report. Do you think the meeting was effective? Was the group process effective? Substantiate with examples. Show your ability to critically analyse the meeting you observed
They must be logically derived from the body of your report.

Harvard referencing style please with at least 3 references from the reading list. Be careful to research group work theory when looking at the reading and resources list. Do not use a reading from the next assessment by mistake.
