This Assignment was developed to assess the following Learning Outcomes:

The brief for this assessment is as follows:
A business model canvas about SMEs international venture supported / accompanied by a business report about the SME (4,500 words)
Students are expected to:
Imagine that they are a Business Manager for a company of their choice*. They need to create a Business Model Canvas (with supporting synopsis) and write a Business Report, focusing on the international expansion to a 2nd Country i.e., in addition to the Country where the company was incorporated. They will need to identify and analyse the chosen companys current business and then offer recommendations for its growth and maturity that includes an international expansion.
*The company must be a micro, small or medium sized business i.e., an EU classified real-life SME. Additionally, it must currently operate i.e., trade, in only one Country.
This is an individual piece of work. There is no requirement to conduct primary research.
