Nature of Overall Engineering Project:
The data center is a steel structure built up. It has two parts first is main building which we call data center. The second part is a building, s name is office building and between these two buildings, it has a small bridge which we call link bridge. The steel structure consists of different components which are fabricated and erected by the other company. While the aluminum cladding panel is fabricated and installed by the others. It has three open to sky openings.

A data centre is a facility that centralizes an organizations IT operations and equipment for the purposes of storing, processing and disseminating data and applications. Because they house an organization's most critical and proprietary assets, data centres are vital to the continuity of daily operations. Consequently, security and reliability are among any organizations top priorities.
In the past, data centre infrastructures were highly controlled, physical environments, but the public cloud has since changed that model. Most modern infrastructures have evolved from on-premises physical servers to virtualized infrastructure that supports applications and workloads across multi-cloud environments. Application workloads are moving across multiple data centres and private, public and hybrid clouds.

Nature of my Particular Work Area
As a Project manager of the technical supplies and services co. LLC, one of the stakeholders our responsibility was to manufacture and install the roofing system of this magnificent project. I found myself to be very lucky that Im part of this project. As the roofing system is one of the main works of the project both structurally and architecturally so we did that duty with full passion. My responsibilities include the following:
Coordination with the internal resources of the company and third parties like sub-contractor for the smooth execution of the project.
Ensuring the project deliverables are achieved.
On time completion of the project was also under my responsibility.
To minimize the project risks performing the risk management.
Managing the relationship between client and other stakeholders.
I am the Project manager of this project. My team includes various team members who are assigned different tasks. Construction site manager is the one who is in charge of the site activities and management of the site. He is directly reporting to me. Beside Construction manager there is Office technical Engineer who is looking after the documentations and other coordination with the site team. He is reporting all the technicalities of the site to me. Site Engineers are there who are handling the site and reporting me via construction manager, also the supervisors report to me via site engineer and construction manager. Estimation engineer reports to me for the estimation matters via design manager. Operators and Erectors are also included in my team. Quality Assurance and Safety Officer is also available on the site to look after quality and safety matters and they directly report to me for the quality concerns and safety matters. Our Team comprises of different team members depending upon the nature of project but for this specific project Organizational chart shows the persons included in our team. Most of the Team members are the mechanical engineer who are responsible for the manufacturing and installation Few are Civil Engineer and some are chemical Engr. In addition to all this we sub-let our installation to some firms, their construction manager is also reporting to me as we also did in this project. We have the team of our sub-contractors. For the supply of the material the team members of the supply department also report to me for the projects which I have.

Statement of Duties:
An incumbent Project manager who is responsible for the overall project responsibilities. From manufacturing, supplying till the installation of the product. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibility, Ensure resource availability and allocation, Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, Report and escalate to management as needed, Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. These are all duties of mine as a project manager. Plans for the fabrication of the good are done by me with my team. The project coordinator prepares the production plan on different softwares like primavera and MS project which I approve after going through the plan prepared. The design of the project is under the technical manager but they coordinate and cooperate with me in order to get the designed required by the client and according to the site conditions. This practice is carried out by my team along with designer under my supervision. All the processes which are going on before installation rather the planning, designing, productions these are related to me and I am the one who is taking care of all these with my team and other divisions. After the Fabrication of the items the installation process is carried out for which everybody who is there on the site is directly reporting to me and all the meetings held for the finances and execution with the client and sub-contractor, I am the one who is responsible for that. Different tools are with our department which are used by the erectors, for those tools and for the standing seam plant and zipping machines I am the one who is the caretaker. The Mechanical operations carried out by this plant; machines are all the duties of mine.

Aluminium composite panels may be made in a variety of ways. Cold composite technique and heat composite method are two types of composite methods for plastic core panels and two-sided aluminium panels, respectively.
Steps Of Manufacturing Aluminium Panel Sheet
Cleaning
Cleaning the aluminium coil is the first step in the fabrication ofcomposite aluminium sheet. As the process of production of demands, the surface of aluminium coils is covered with lubricants and anti-oxidants, and some dirt will adhere during transit, affecting adhesion and necessitating cleaning. We degrease, de-oxidize, and chromatize the coil while passing it through a series of tanks.
Degreasing
Degreasing is a technique for removing oil and other impurities from a surface. To remove the water from the coil, deoxidizing is done, and chromatization is used to create the abrasive surface. For good primer adhesion on aluminium surfaces, an abrasive surface is essential.
Addition of Protective Layer
A dense chemical protective layer forms on the surface of the aluminium coil after cleaning and chemical treatment; this chemical film can increase the aluminium coils oxidation resistance and extend the life of the paint film. The grains are then melted into sheet shape to create the core. On both sides of the Core, the adhesive film is applied.
PVDF/FEVE Coating
We cleaned aluminium coil to a coater and coat the outside surface of the aluminium coil with a high-performance fluorocarbon resin. Two coats of paint and primer are applied to the panels of thealuminium composite sheet. The topcoat is a fluorocarbon resin coating called polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF), which is highly weather resistant. Its strong UV resistance and resistance to contamination keep the coated aluminium coils surface looking attractive. Fluorocarbon coatings are typically applied to aluminium coils using a roll coating process and then dried at high temperatures. There are three layers of paint and to dry each paint coat it must be baked at 240 C for around 45 seconds.
Adding Top and Bottom Layer
To make a sandwich panel, coils are put on top and bottom of the core. Laminate aluminium coil to the core using induction roller heating. Our ACP has been brought to normal temperature using a cooling tower, and it is now ready to use. The protective film can now be applied to the ACP sheet. The self-adhesive protection film can be removed after installation. To avoid damaging the surface coating during future processing, transportation, and installation, a protective layer is added to the coatings surface. The protective film also comes with the direction of the installation of ACP sheets whileACP cladding.
Customizing Into Right Size
Finally, theACP boardand ACP sheets are cut into the customized length. Loading the sheets into trucks while making sure the ACP reaches the retailer, architects, and facade consultants. Throughout the transportation process, we maintain a consistent communication process.

Organization and follow-through are a big part of a project manager's role. From creating an accurate timeline of project completion to ensuring tasks are finished within the confines of the assignment, the project manager must remain aware of how the project is progressing.

Technical Issues and Solutions
We prepared a plan for the inflow and outflow of finances and we relate that with our manufacturing products and site installation. By controlling all these 3 things we have achieved the success. In the start of the project, we were having the slow start and, in the middle, we were having the quick momentum and at the end also we were having the slow finish. This was our execution strategy what we were following. For me I am always been a manager as a facilitator.

The requirement and the goal of the project was to provide the space to the Microsoft team for their data center. Microsoft datacenters are designedto implement a strategy of defense-in-depth, employing multiple layers of safeguards to reliably protect our cloud architecture, and supporting infrastructure. Redundancy is built into all systems at multiple levels to support datacenter availability.
