Your supplementary assessment is consisted of two parts (parts A and B). For this assessment you will need to demonstrate your understanding of the diversity of older people and apply what you have learned using the principles of ageing in place, with consideration of the older persons wellbeing and the sustainability of the approach implemented And that Age-friendly programs ensure that communities are appropriate places for older people to age in, by recognising older peoples contribution, promoting inclusiveness, reducing inequalities, and ensuring the sustainability of these communities AND your understanding of Implementing strategies or programmes that will contribute to an age-friendly environment require individuals and organisations to fully understand the age-friendly principles and apply these starting at a personal level. This assessment is a critical review and reflection of age-friendly principles and domains and how you can apply these in your real world of practice and work.
