Purpose:
The purpose of this task is for students to create aninformation bookletto demonstrate their knowledge and comprehension of the topic:Looking After Your Mental Health: Integrating Positive Psychology Techniques to Enhance Wellbeing for Individuals of Diverse Backgrounds
Using the information booklet template provided in the online class space (a MS Word document), unit materials and authoritative sources, students will develop the following topic:Looking After Your Mental Health: Integrating Positive Psychology Techniques to Enhance Wellbeing for Individuals of Diverse Backgrounds
Identify the focus of the Information Booklet (e.g., Gratitude and Wellbeing; Building Resilience)
Identify the context for the Information Booklet (e.g., individual, family, school, workplace, community)
You can choose to make your focus broad (e.g. Positive Psychology in the Workplace) or focussed on a particular aspect of Positive Psychology covered in the unit (e.g. Wellbeing for older adults, or Building Resilience among Youth in Remote Areas).
Your target audience and focus will need to be clear.
You should research the particular needs of your target audience and refer toevidence-based Positive Psychologytheory, research and interventions.
Note: Post-traumatic growth interventions are not appropriate for an information booklet

Please note that the examples provided in the template do not necessarily contain in-text references. However, for the purpose of this academic assessment, your information booklet needs to include in-text APA formatted references throughout.
Format
Use a size 12 font for the main body of text. You can, however, adjust the font size for headings. You may choose the font style, however, ensure that it is easy to read and appropriate for your audience.
In an information booklet, you do not need to follow APA formatting requirements for the layout of the text as you do for an academic essay. However, you do need to follow the APA citation rules for in-text references and a reference list at the end of the information booklet. Note: Use APA 7th Edition.
