ASSESSMENT 3 CRITICAL EVALUATION (35%)
Assessment 3 is an individual assessment, to critically analyses the implementation that was outlined and planned in Assessment 2. After implementing the innovation, students will be asked to submit a 1,000-word critical refection on the implementation and immediate outcomes, including:
What you did
What worked wellWhat you would do differently next time
What you learned
You can use up to 1,000 words (in total) to answer all questions.
You do not need to use any specific or formal framework for reflective writing.
You do not need an Executive Summary and you can use any format you wish. Section headings may be used if they make your writing clearer.
Give the short word count, you do not need a lengthy introduction or conclusion (a sentence or two for each is sufficient).
Assessments submitted for this unit must be within 10% of the stated word count. Any words over the word count plus 10% will not be read or marked.
Referencing and Sources
This assessment is not a research report - the focus should be on demonstrating your understandingof the material and the key ideas by applying them to a leadership problem.
However, your assessment will need to include peer reviewed academic sources.
Your main sources for references should be the assigned readings, articles from peer reviewed academic journals, and academic textbooks.Do not useWikipedianor reply primarily onwebpagesorblogs.
The referencing style required for this unit is the Chicago 17 referencing style and all citations should have page numbers.
A reference list and use of in-text citations is required.
