Assessment Description:
For this assessment you will be engaging in a structured process to reflect and improve your professional practice. In this you will be reflecting on and describing your skills, knowledge and abilities over time prior to you work placement
This will be done in conjunction with 2 colleagues over time, where you will be engaging in open two way feedback
Assessment Instructions:
Complete the self-review, based upon your own self- knowledge, work experience, feedback from colleagues, reading and research.
As part of this process you will be asked to discuss these questions with at least 2 colleagues during various weekly sessions prior to your work placement
As part of the assessment you should gain their verbal and written feedback plus their signature on the relevant section
Attach a marking guide and assessment submission and feedback form.
Time to complete will be provided in different sessions
