Do I need to reference images in my poster?

Does my moral mind map have to be a tree?
No. You can represent your morals and the source of these however you wish.
Where do I find the ethical dilemmas I may come across in my (future) profession to use in my poster?
Google is a great resource here. Also, you can search the university library using key words to find scholarly resources that talk about ethical dilemmas in particular pathways.
What code of ethics do I use?
Use the code of ethics most appropriate for your (future) profession. This would be largely based on your degree. I would choose a code that best represents your intended future profession. If there is a particular pathway you want to choose, pick one code of conduct to support this.

Should I include theory in my poster?
If you feel comfortable doing so, and can apply theory appropriately, this would be well received by your marker.
