This assessment collects evidence to demonstrate students have acquired the essential knowledge to effectively complete tasks and requirements of the unit.
Assessment Instructions:
Students will be given the following take home worksheet assessment at the commencement of the unit. Knowledge assessments are required to be submitted on the date identified on the LAP.
All exercises must be completed correctly in order to meet assessment requirements
Your assessment must be accompanied by a completed assessment submission form

All workers who work in the health and community services sector have a legal and ethical responsibility and duty of care to protect the safety of clients and meet organisational policies and procedures. It is important you have a good understanding of each of the areas and are able to identify what is the organisations responsibility, what is your responsibility and the consequences of breaches.
