Rationale for assessment task This assessment task teaches students the importance of following through from policy analysis with recommendations to improve health care outcomes by developing good change management practices and fits with the following Graduate attributes:

2.Using the principle of beneficence (Benefit versus Risk) provide an evidence-based justification (Rationale) for the chosen changes (evidence based recommendations) to your policy or practice guideline. This synopsis needs to include the benefit of changing the policy and its potential positive impact to practice or staff engagement. It should also detail how changes might mitigate risk. This must be evidence based. (700 words)
3.Provide some detail on your chosen Change Management Tool (https://change.walkme.com/change-management-frameworks/). This includes an overview of any steps you will take and an outline of how you would use these steps to embed your evidence-based recommendations (or policy/ clinical guideline changes) in your workplace.
The use of headings as per the steps applied with your change management framework (2) will assist you to organise this section. Part of this outline will also include how you will monitor and evaluate the impact of the changes to policy stemming from assignment 2. Substantiate and validate your discussion with collated evidence-based literature. Where relevant you might include tables, graphs and figures (1000 words).
