BEHV1003 Research Methods and Literature Review

This assessment task forms Part 1 your research proposal coursework assessment. It provides the basis of your research into your selected topic (see below) as well as the refinement of that topic to identify a "gap" that will be the focus of Part 2. Please keep in mind whatever topic you choose will need to be the same for Assessment Task 2.

Word count 800-1000 words (NO +/-10%). Select ONE topic from the list below. These topics are very broad; you will need to narrow the focus to a specific area of interest.

A literature review is a short critical analysis of "literature" (typically journal articles and books) existing on the topic. There are a few goals of a literature review that we will be looking for you to include:
