Context
The focus of this assessment is for students to demonstrate their deep learning that occurred throughout the unit, using learning artefacts from the unit to explain how learning occurred and how it is likely to impact them in the future. This will provide an opportunity for students to demonstrate their mastery of key theories they have learnt in weeks 1-12.
Students are assessed on their ability to demonstrate authentic learning of the whole unit, pointing out the specific case of security, privacy, and ethics in business information systems. While the unit presented several theoretical and practical solutions to complex business problems, learning is personal to each student; awareness of the process and its impact is main element of the assessment.
It is critical that students understand this assessment will be based on how they link unit learning outcomes to their personal learning experience using unit-related sources and activities.
