Research Aim The purpose of this research is to look into and identify the major variables affecting patient experience and satisfaction in NHS hospitals. Healthcare professionals can make wise judgements to enhance the standard of care and overall patient outcomes by being aware of these aspects. The results of this study will offer insightful information that may improve patient-centred care procedures in NHS hospital systems.
Objective 1 To identify and analyse the factors influencing patient satisfaction in NHS hospitals.
Objective 2 To assess the impact of demographic variables on patient satisfaction and experience and analyse how these factors vary across different demographic groups and hospital settings?
Objective 3 To explore common themes in patient experiences through current literature based on qualitative analysis.
Objective 4 Provide recommendations for improvement.
