To complete this part of the assessment, you must complete the following task/s to industry standards:

2. Personal Work Schedule - Version 1

Your submission must demonstrate your ability to plan your personal work schedule, including:

• identifying task requirements
• identifying own account abilities in line with task requirements
• assessing barriers for performance of personal account abilities
• developing a personal work schedule.

Use the scenario below and the criteria listed on the Assessment checklist to guide your responses to the task requirements.

Once completed, submit this assessment to your Teacher/Assessor for marking. Online students should submit the assessment via the TAFE NSW online learning platform.

You are in the screen and media industry, and you are working on a specific brief/project. Consider the following scenario examples below and select the role or persona you wish to adopt for this project assessment.

Part 2: Responses to Questions and Submissions

Complete the following tasks for this scenario.

Task 1: Responses to Questions

1. Based on the job role/persona you have selected, who are your key stakeholders for your project, and what are their needs?
   What are your task requirements or work activities for your role in the scenario you have chosen? List them down in bullet point form below. Indicate 3 to 5 task requirements, in order of priority.
2. Now, for each task requirement/activity, identify which ones you are accountable for, other people from whom you require assistance, and the resources you need (including financial/budget requirements). Take this opportunity to also indicate your desired results (outcomes) and how you will measure your success (evaluation). Take into account any policies and procedures (e.g. work health and safety, privacy, etc.) that may impact your work plan.
   Use Appendix A – Work Plan Template to answer this question and submit it for marking. Indicate this Work Plan as Version 1.
3. Are there any work group targets you need to meet as part of your selected job? List these in the space below.
4. What could be some of the barriers to meeting your tasks? List at least three possible barriers with a short description for each in the space below and list the barriers in order of severity should they happen. Include what you need to do to overcome these barriers if they eventuate.
5. Schedule your tasks using Appendix B – Personal Work Schedule Template provided. Considerations are:
   • You are working the equivalent of a 5-day work week, with a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 10 hours a day (40 to 50 hours a week).
   • If you exceed these total hours in a week, you will need to adjust your work hours for the following week/s.
   • Please make the necessary calculations to ensure you keep to your allocated work hours in a week.
