- Access the Team Performance Plan provided within this document. Record the following in the Team Performance Plan:
- At least one task the team will undertake.

Case Study:
You are employed as a Civil Construction Manager at XYZ Construction Company in Australia to manage the development of a road project. This is a new big size project to start in March 2023, and the maximum number of roles required for the technical team will be five (5). You are asked to identify the required roles for your team that can include:
- Civil engineer
- Surveyor
- Project estimator
- Planner
- Civil supervisor
Your role involves managing those people of diverse cultural backgrounds and skill competency levels to facilitate the entire construction stage of the project.
XYZ has a goal to achieve a profit of 20% from this project compared to the previous year when their profit was 15% ($4,500,000.00) from this project which shall be completed in December 2023. Further, by completing this project, the company will be able to increase its portfolio to $15,000,000.00. Then the top management will be planning to hire more people in the work team.
To provide the team with future direction, it is requested that you create a team performance plan. Determine the team's expected performance levels. Describe the strategy to be used to achieve these performance levels. Give the group direction and guidance.

- Low Performance: Performance that would fall under this category are those that show unsatisfactory performance and will need to be improved (e.g., client feedback score of < 2>
Ideal Performance:
Ideal performance represents the level of performance that must be demonstrated by all team members during the completion of the team or individual task (e.g., client feedback score of 3 for each batch of fitness classes)
- High Performance
Performance categorised here are those that exceed expectations and baselines set by Ideal Performance (e.g., client feedback score of > 4 for each batch of fitness classes).
Each performance description must be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound)

2. Minutes Of Meeting
- Arrange a time to meet with two (2) of your team members to conduct the informal consultations.
- Conduct the informal consultations. During each consultation, you must do the following:

- Individual KPIs
- Teams KPIs
- Each team member must Identify at least one expected difficulty with any of the performance areas discussed based on the approved Team Performance Plan.

- Skills they feel they need to improve on to meet expected outcomes and goals.
- Provide the team member with at least one advice on how they can address the expected difficulties.

3. Learning & Session Plan:
- To complete a Team effectiveness Learning Plan, you must consider the areas of difficulties in the team and consider how formal learning opportunities can help to bypass them. Discuss at least four areas of difficulty that can occur in teams and briefly describe what Formal learning refers to and at least four ways in which these can be delivered.
- A Session Plan is required for each formal learning opportunity you will facilitate. Provide a breakdown of the components of a Session Plan with a brief description.
