What you need to do:

Present an overview of the business model canvas for a chosen brand from the list presented for case organisation used for this semester. Complete the 4 steps below.

Step 1:

Use the business model canvas template to analyse the key strategic considerations of the case organisation. There are nine sections to canvas that show how the value proposition of the organisations brand is influenced.

Key requirements:

  1. Explain how the value proposition is achieved via the three supporting processes related to desirability, feasibility, and viability.
  2. Explore how the impacts and recommendations identified in A2 Part A relating to the business environment apply.
  3. Include ethical and legal considerations.
  4. Citations for the research must be included on the BMC.

Step 2:

Develop and present a Microsoft PowerPoint slide-deck that explains and summarizes the key arguments underpinning the strategic decisions captured by the business model canvas. The slide-deck must include:

  1. The first slide must include: Unit name, unit code, semester, year, assessment title, student names, student numbers.
  2. a slide introducing the company/brand/division.
  3. a slide defining the customer segment.
  4. slides that include analysis of the other important sections, with supporting rationale, justifications, and recommendations to create a professional presentation.
  5. The completed business model canvas slide (with citations) and.
  6. a Reference List slide.

Step 3:

There is no specific style requirements for the formatting of the slides. Each group will be given up to 10 minutes with each student given 2 mins to present.

Step 4:

Complete a peer evaluation using the peer evaluation tool in Blackboard. Read the peer feedback and write your reflection
