Instructions
You are completing an online quiz. The quiz will assess your knowledge and understanding of materials covered in Weeks 1 to 5. Access the quiz via the Assessment 1 portal on the Moodle site. The quiz consists of 40 multiple-choice questions. Each question is worth one mark.
You have a maximum of 60 minutes to complete the quiz. You must complete the quiz in one sitting. Once you start the quiz, you must complete it in 60 minutes. The quiz will automatically close at the end of 60 minutes and will submit your result even if you have not finished.
You haveone attemptto complete the online quiz.
Failure to attempt and complete the online quiz is considered a missed assessment task and will result in aFAIL(F)grade for this assessment.Failure to attempt and complete the online quiz may also result in aFAIL (F)grade for the unit.
Once you have started the quiz, you cannot log out. Please do not refresh or reload your screen as this may close the quiz and record your result.

Requirements
Complete a 40 multiple-choice question online quiz designed to assess your understanding and application of NURS13139 Moodle site content from Week 1 to Week 5.
You must attempt/complete and submit the online quiz within the specified dates/times.
Once you start attempting/completing the online quiz, you cannot stop and come back to it at a later stage, so you must ensure you have uninterrupted time to focus on completing the online quiz.
Once you begin the online quiz, you will have 60 minutes to complete your attempt and submit your responses. A timer will indicate your time remaining to complete the online quiz, after 60 minutes, you will be locked out of your attempt and any responses up until that point will be submitted as your attempt.
You may complete/finish and submit the online quiz before the timer ends.
Before commencing the online quiz, set aside an appropriate space and time free from interruptions and distractions (turn off your mobile and email notifications, ask family/friends not to interrupt you and reduce white noise such as the radio and TV).
Do not attempt to complete the Quiz from a phone or Ipad.
Read each multiple-choice question and aligned instruction carefully before submitting an answer.
Submission
You will complete this assessment online. Click submit at the end of the quiz and your answers will be automatically submitted.
Results for the quiz will be available immediately after the attempt is complete.
