You are hired as a consultant for a mid-sized retail company that is struggling with inefficient inventory management, customer dissatisfaction, and a slow decision-making process. The company wants to leverage information systems to improve its operations and gain a competitive edge.
Tasks:
- Information Systems Analysis (500 words)
- Identify and describe three types of information systems (from the topics covered in class) that would help the company address its challenges.
