Write an essay on the impact of positive organisational culture on workforce diversity. Based on the organisational behaviour concepts covered in this topic and other academic sources (journal articles/books), suggest ways how positive organisational culture can be developed in organisations.

Tasks:

Students need to first read about organisational culture and its impact on workforce diversity from the topic content materials and other academic resources (journal articles/books)

Next, students read relevant organisational behaviour theories & concepts covered in the topic to suggest recommendations regarding how positive organisational culture can be developed in organisations.

Write the essay by focussing on two aspects. 1. The impact of positive organisational culture on workforce diversity 2. Discussion on how to develop positive organisational culture using relevant organisational behaviour concepts and other academic resources.

Students should use at least 5 primary refereed academic sources to prepare this assignment.

Provide strong rationale for your discussions by referring to key ideas from the articles and relevant theoretical concepts
