You need to develop a foreign operation report for a corporation of your choice. Please choose one company from the list below.

You need to carry out an analysis of a corporation demonstrating a holistic understanding of the corporate foreign operation as well as demonstrating your skills in strategic analysis and planning of foreign operation based on specific internal and external situations.

You can structure your report in four parts:

Select the corporation and provide a basic background.

Explain (at least) two different foreign operation methods; and cover two different locations, that it could be one foreign operation method in two different locations or two different operation methods in two locations. The comparison between chosen methods and locations is expected.

Analyze (criticize) the development and performance of these foreign operations.

Provide suggestions on how to further develop and improve the corporate foreign operations.
