Company Sponsored Consultancy Project At Drink Prime Dissertation

Hi, this is a consultancy project for an MBA dissertation. The total word count required is 8,000. My topic is – to reduce customer churn and optimise customer retention for DrinkPrime. The company’s current churn rate 2.5%. The recommendations provided at the end should help company to reduce customer churn by 1% to 1.5% and should be realistic and practically applicable.

Below is the guidelines for company sponsored Consultancy Project.

1. Introduction to the client and the “problem/issue” (background to the client organisation and industry/market context; explanation and justification of the focused problem identified by the client)
2. Research methodology
3. Data presentation and analysis
4. Conclusions and recommendations (summary of answers to client problem; significance for the client; recommendations reviewed against feasibility, acceptability and suitability for the client; prioritised actions/next steps).

More specially, markers will be looking at the following and the Capstones will be marked against the criteria as listed below.

The methodology I proposed to the advisor was Qualitative data analysis for which I have interviewed (telephonic) around 80 DrinkPrime churned out customers. Based on the interview data, I have a done the Thematic Analysis (If modification is required we can discuss further on this). In this data analysis chapter, we need to quote what customers said for the reason to churn and company management team said in terms of what they are currently doing, wherever required.

Besides Thematic analysis, I am also asked to add some pie chart or bar graph for data visualisation. Based on the interview data, I have made below analysis. I am not very confident of my data presentation in the table below. This needs to be tweaked further.

Also, I have made comparison table for DrinkPrime and its competitor. The same is attached in the mail.
