For an organisation of your choice (with agreement from the module tutor), (Aluminium or Steel Plant if possible otherwise oil and gas plant) critically appraise its current arrangements to manage health, safety and environmental risks and discuss how these could be developed to meet the framework for managing risks as covered by clauses 6.3 6.7 of ISO 31000:2018.
Your discussions should detail the additional steps needed in order to incorporate risk management into its overall management system. The effect that the organisations leadership structure may have on implementing the ISO 31000:2018 framework should also be discussed. A SWOT analysis should be included to identify the potential threats and opportunities this approach could bring to the organisation.
