Employees are the asset of an organisation, where motivated workers are inclined to be more productive than non-motivated employees in an organisation. For this reason, the management team of the companies provide more concern to improving the ways which have been recognised as crucial for the success of any organisation. Motivated employees are more engaged to fulfil the desires of the organisation through their effective working process and collaborative approach with other employees (Ali, Anwar, 2021). It helps to improve the relationship with the management team and also increased productivity rate as well as more committed to their objectives in the workplace, which leads to better performance and higher levels of job satisfaction. There are several specific reasons have been found regarding the motivating approach for the workers in an organisation, such as:

Firstly, motivated employees feel valued and appreciated in an organisation which helps to increase job satisfaction for them as well as reduce the employee retention rates for the company.

Secondly, motivated workers have been recognised as more productive and collaborative than non-motivated employees. It helps to improve the workplace culture positively and increase productivity for further growth (Lorincov, et al, 2019). A collaborative working process not only improves the quality of work but also helps to improve the interpersonal skills of the employees during the working schedule (Ali, Anwar, 2021).

Moreover, employers prioritize employee motivation which has been recognised as more likely to have engaged, productive, and satisfied employees. It can lead to improved business performance and competitive advantage in the recent era (Lorincov, et al, 2019).

Employees will be more appreciated through the pleasure of the workplace which has been decorated with modern technological equipment for effective work (da Cruz Carvalho, et al, 2020).

Transparency and rewarding

The management team of the company should maintain emotional and cultural intelligence in the workplace where the diverse workplace culture has been recognised as the recent trend to the organisations (da Cruz Carvalho, et al, 2020). Apart from this, organizations are arranging weekly meetings with each employee where the growing process of the company, providing rewards for the best employees regarding their quality of work as well as sharing the private data, have been discussed to be a transparent authority in front of the employees (Howard, et al, 2020). This process helps the employees to feel valued in the company as well as also helps the organisation by generating innovative ideas from various points of view.

Clear communication flexible schedule

Teamwork is the key to improved employee motivation, where clear communication and encouragement is the only way to improve this approach where everyone feels valued and plays a part in achieving a goal (Howard, et al, 2020). Technology has changed the way to operate a business as well as the working process also where employees like to enjoy their flexible working schedules which help to motivate them to fulfil the objectives within the right time for further improvement of the organisation.
