• Individually assignment.
• An extension of Assignment 2
• Propose possible casual relationships between each of the business outcome metrics (dependent variables) and other metrics (independent variables) you have chosen in Assignment 2
• Test these relationships using predictive analytics techniques (regression)
• Provide recommendations on how to improve staffing practices to enhance organizational performance
• Refer to what are discussed in Session 8 (Predictive Analytics in Action) and Textbook Chapter 6 to justify your policy recommendations.
• 2,000 words (+ / - 10%), excluding cover page, reference list and appendix
• Must include the original regression output in the appendix.
• Anything that have already presented in Assignment 2 should be put in the appendix.
