could you introduce to demonstrate whether your leaders approach is people-centred or task
centred? - Are there any gaps / areas for development, and how do you think the current situation could

- Who are your organisations stakeholders (and which model could you use to help you to analyse the organisations stakeholders)?
- What are the main sources of individual power within your organisation, and can you provide
examples? Which model could you use to demonstrate the different sources of power?

- What are the benefits of cultural diversity in organisations?
- Are there any gaps / areas for development, and how do you think the current situation could
