TaskDescription

Thisassessmentrequiresyoutoworkindependently.Thisassessmentcontainsfourparts;

• Identifying the importance of evidence-based practice to nursing practice, 2) Identifying a clinical problem, 3) Developing an answerable clinical question: PICO, and 4) Database searching.Followtheinstructionsprovidedforeachpartofthe Youmustanswerallpartsofthequestion. Choose one scenario to address parts 2-4 of the assessment.
