Chapter 2: Literature ReviewIntroductionThis is the introduction to your research section which explains why you need to carry out research and what the methodology, investigation and findings are about.

Literature Review

Investigation and ResearchThis section will include good literature review of your project. You will research at least 15 good journals/books on your title/project.

You can include research about specific tolls you are using in your project.

You can justify with help of existing literature about your selection of software and hardware.

Research FindingsThis is where you will now explain, how you will relate your own idea with research.

If you found a case study, then how will you use that to help you?

Explain and use your research to help support the tools / approach / software / hardware etc. that you are now going to use.

SummaryConclude your research here.

ReferencesThis is where your reference list will be. Your reference list needs to be single line spaced, in alphabetical order, follow the Harvard system and have a hanging indent on it

BibliographyThis is where you will list any other resources that have been used to support your project proposal. For example, every book, website or magazine etc. that you looked at while thinking up an idea for your project proposal should be recorded here. Items listed here also must be formatted in the Harvard format where possible.

Chapter 2: Literature ReviewIntroductionSummarise the proposal and the needs for my suggest project (half page) Literature Review Here i will find different resource from google scholar: Ill check key words related to my project for example(restaurant management system) and I will look for recent published papers (8 years) : read the abstract id=f u think its related to what u going to do then go to the conclusion part and check again is it close what u trying to do, if so you will summarise your understanding of this paper in 3-4 paragraphs: the researchers names, what they did in their paper ( the method and finding). Their research limitations , how your work gonna be different from theirs /how you gonna overcome the limitationh Investigation and ResearchResearch FindingsSummary

AppendicesThis is where any other additional info will go, such as specs from websites of your hardware or screenshots of your ideas etc. Items that could go here could be the following: -

Live client information / existing system documentation / interview / observation data gathered from the live clients workplace etc.

Surveys or other statistics being used as evidence

Trials / Prototypes / similar systems documentation / user guides / hardware and software specifications etc.

Technical forum posts from moodle, or other forum you have signed up to if appropriate where you have sought advice or feedback.

Or any other additional information that you would like to include.

Project Title: HealthHub general practitioner (GP)

Title Introduction The introduction effectively outlines the project's objective to enhance healthcare services through the HealthHub (GP) platform.

The mention of Augmented Reality (AR) is intriguing, but it's important to clarify how AR will be used and its relevance to healthcare services.

Rational Statement The rationale for the project is well-supported by references, indicating a genuine need to improve GP clinic websites, which often have usability issues.

However, it would be beneficial to elaborate on specific issues and challenges faced by users and stakeholders in using existing websites. Include a bit detail about the existing issues and drawbacks. Talk about why appoiment sysetm is bad

Aims and objectives The aims and objectives lack clarity, as they are overly general and vague. Objectives should represent specific, measurable outcomes that directly support your overarching aim.

Please revisit and revise the objectives to ensure they are both clear and concise, as the current ones are overly descriptive and lack precision.

Research methods We do not expect the types of research and their details.

You should provide an outline of:

The research methods appropriate for the proposed project

A discussion of advantages as well as limits of particular approaches and methods

Briefly explain the Potential Risks, Health and Safety and Ethical Issues

Planning Start this section with a concise introduction to planning, spanning a few lines. Discuss the work breakdown structure, Gantt chart, and milestones, emphasizing the interconnectedness of these elements. Kindly revise this part to demonstrate your planning effectively.

Hardware and Software The hardware and software requirements are outlined, which is essential for the project's development.

However, it would be helpful to explain the rationale behind the choice of specific programming languages and tools.

Database tools are not mentioned, please specify which database are you going to use.

Good explanation about tools and technologies. But you are not required to mention basic things like computer/screen/headset. Please re-write this part.

Its a good practice to provide hardware and software in bullet points or list form rather than paragraph.

Titlecomprehensive web-based Health Information and booking system including E-consultation.

Project name

HealthHub general practitioner (GP)

IntroductionThe United Kingdom (UK) has a universal healthcare system which is free of charge for any resident in the UK. We appreciate the opportunity to work with our local Moorside clinic to provide superior website with easy access to healthcare services, HealthHub (GP) will assist community residents of the area in their time of need. Any patient registered with the clinic can make appointments online through the website, which also makes it possible for any newcomer of the area to register online. Additionally, ordering medicines, allowing the patients to E-Consult withDoctors online. I would like to propose the implementation of a new technology known as Augmented Reality (AR). In this future scenario, the patient has the ability to share a picture which will then be transformed into a holographic object. It is important to note that this feature is currently being researched.

Rationale and BackgroundBased on the findings of Fleck (2023) United Kingdom has around 78% of people depending on the public Health system which makes it one of the largest in the world. According to Nexerdigital (2023) most of GP clinics website have huge amount of error therefore millions of users are put at risk, most GP website have empty buttons, links, missing documents, no alt text. People are unable to access healthcare support they need in time. Eventually this is pushing people away from online services. HealthHub (GP) is going to replace the pre-existed website for Moorside clinic due to poor structure.

Aims and objectives

Need rewording!

The aim of this project is developed intelligent and error free system for the local GP to enhances the access to healthcare services which will result in

Objectives

Give patients the freedom to manage their own health, consult with clinicians as needed, and keep an eye on their own medical information.

User-friendly design that would attract people to use online services more by implanting the latest visual features.

Provide real-time access to shared data to minimize the risk of duplicate medical errors.

Increase the load on the website by 20% over the outdate website that already exist.

AI please reword.

Remote Consultations: Enable secure and convenient telemedicine services, allowing users to consult with healthcare professionals remotely while preserving the confidentiality of medical records.

AI checker: IMPLEMENT AN AI DRIVEN TO CHECK AND HELP USERS TO ACSSESS THEIR HEALTH ISSUES AND SEEK APPROPRIATE CARE

Research Methodology

In contrast to using data that has previously been gathered by another researcher, primary research methodology is used to gather data directly not depending on any previous data that have research in the past. (George, 2023)

Types of primary research

Surveys and questionnaire

Gather data pertaining to a group of individuals by the implementation of inquiries and subsequent examination of the obtained outcomes. If one's study subject aims to examine aspects related to the features, preferences, views, or beliefs of a certain group of individuals, they would be considered a viable option. (Qualtrics, 2022)

Observational studies

One effective approach for acquiring knowledge. The research or study will entail the observation of individuals, events, and other pertinent factors. The process of observation involves the collection and documentation of either quantitative or qualitative data. The utilisation of this research methodology proves advantageous in acquiring knowledge, since it mitigates the potential influence of bias that may be inherent in interview-based approaches. (Hunt, 2021)

Interviews

According to the research (Nasrudin, 2022) interview can be smiler to a survey, as it entails direct interaction between the researcher and the respondent. The communication might take place either through a telephone conversation or through a face-to-face interaction. The interview procedure can be done in several settings, such as public spaces or private residences, contingent upon the chosen sample.

Secondary research

According to The Hartford (2019) Secondary research refers to a form of study that involves the utilisation of existing data, information, and findings that have been previously accumulated, collected, structured, and disseminated by other researchers or sources. The sources encompass reports and studies conducted by governmental entities, trade groups, or other enterprises within the relevant industry. In the context of small enterprises operating under constrained financial resources, it is common practise to prioritise secondary research over original research due to its expedient and cost-effective nature.
