Scenariol:

Entrepreneurship Portal (called GEZA) to determine its value to this project. Each team member must show the Name of the team member plus the SPACE Login ID used to run the experiments (just show screen shot with your login id for the experiments). Also, key lessons learned (2-3 bullet items) from the entrepreneurship portal (5 Points).

Scenario2:

Use the following Digital Transformation Advisor and Planner available on the SPACE site and determine what value they provide to this project (we are adding new games to this section).

• Use the Digital Transformation Advisor (DTA) available at Digital Transformation Game ingespace.com) and take the Quiz at the end of it. Please enter your final score (You must score more than 80% to get full credit) (12 Points)
• Use PISA (a Planner available on SPACE) to develop a detailed plan of your company by going through various PISA Modules (eg. Enterprise Modeler, Platform Advisor and Network Advisor). (13 Points)
• Each team member must show the following information (the members not showing this info will get a zero on this part).
• Name of the team member plus the SPACE Login ID used to run the experiments (just show a screen shot with your login id for the experiments)
• For DTA, show screen shot of your final score and for PISA. show the screenshot of PISA Summary Report that is produced at the end of PISA session and three key lessons learned
• Could this Tool set help decrease the failure rates of Digital Transformations, and what is missing (3-5 sentences)
