Guidelines for International Strategy Report

Presenting your findings (Word limit-3000 words with +/- 10% permissible flexibility)

Your report should be presented in a management report format which includes an: Executive summary (make it brief around 150 words not counted in word limit), Introduction (setting out the scope of your work), Main body, Recommendation and Conclusion.

Your report should incorporate the following steps:

1. State vision and mission statement of the organization and highlight the key features. Suggest any changes in vision or mission statement if you deem necessary.

2. Conduct an international PESTLE Analysis and develop environmental scanning key points for the organization and the environment in which it operates.

3. Identify the organization's internal strengths and weaknesses and prepare a Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) Matrix based on international aspects.

4. Analyze long-term objectives and specific international strategies of the organization.

5. Analyze people, their capability and organization structure issues of the chosen organization, if you think they impacted on its successful international strategy execution.

6. Diagnose corporate culture issues (if any) which could hinder international strategy execution process.

7. Offer recommendations for successful international strategy formulation and implementation in your chosen organization.
