Step 1: Locate a Case Study and Seek Relevant Information

Identify and clearly state a Human Service Organisation (HSO) to focus on for your case study. Choose from the following list:

Discuss Global Trends Influencing Organasations or Organasational Culture, which are themes that have been covered in the first half of the semester. Incorporate one or two social work theories covered in this topic in your analysis, that are relevant to the theme and the organasation that you have chosen to discuss. (1000 words)

Step 4: Relate the AASW CoE (2020) ethical principles, Social Justice, Respect for Persons and Professional Integrity to your chosen HSO. Discuss which ethical principle is more evidently reflected in your chosen organasation, use some specific examples to demonstrate how you think the HSO draws on and acts on this value.
