TASK 2 Plan and Manage Troubleshooting on an Advanced Integrated IP Networks
CASE SCENARIO
You have been called in to help and fix a companys network. The client has informed you that some of the terminals both wire and wireless have issues connecting to Internet. The client tried to fix the problem by calling to the IT support team, but the troubleshooting was unsuccessful. In addition, the terminals that have internet access cannot reach the Resources server of the company, which contain important documentation and is accessed through an IPSec VPN tunnel
The following information has been provided to you about the companys network
Passwords of all devices in the company, included Routers, ASA, etc.
The Topology of the network.
Something to consider:
Before starting the troubleshooting process, read the case scenario carefully and try to think what the issues in the network could be and which troubleshooting approaches are more likely to solve the problems.
Create a troubleshooting plan report as you have done in Task 1.
Implement the troubleshooting approaches you have proposed in point 2 to troubleshoot the problem presented to you using the sample packet provided to you on Canvas.
Use Cisco Packet Tracer version 7.3.1 or above.
