-Randell lives with her single mother and four other siblings.

-Her mother works at a local canning factory as a night supervisor and is responsible for the night tasks.

-Two older brothers of Randell of ages 13 and 14, look after the morning care tasks at the same canning factory.

-Randells family tree does not have adequate capability to fulfil their basic needs and maintain high-quality living standards (Lee & Burke, 2018).

-Moreover, they cannot afford expensive medical treatment for the chronic disease of Randell.

-Randells family's economic stability can be impacted by her mother's working competence and ability because she is the family's sole income provider. This demonstrates the huge risks to Randells whole family and their livelihood.

Neighbourhood context:

- Randell's family lives in a rural area, and they rely on the local canning factory for the production and preservation of apples.

- The neighbourhood does not have special facilities and capacities for children struggling with decoding and encoding of literacy.

Based on the above analysis, I in the role of co-ordinator ensure that schools differentiation strategies should be designed in such a way that support Randells specific needs while fostering her cognitive development. In liaison to the community agencies, teachers, service providers and others, the following factual statements are framed to align with the capacity of the school for implementing differentiation in the future.

The school has the capability of providing differentiated teaching facilities to the students as per the diverse needs of the students. The schools inclusive policies and regulations reflect on fulfilling their commitments towards the students and their development. This policy focuses on providing personalised education to the students while focusing on and assessing students with different profiles. For instance, Dubbo West Public School implements individualised education plans for specialised students like Randell to cater for their health-related issues and develop their careers as well.

In addition, the school's literacy support program helps Randell cope with the challenges of encoding and decoding studies. The instructions for asthma management can enhance the school's capacity and attract more students with Randell's health and education requirements. They can also improve Randell's living standards and make her routine more disciplined and civilised.
